Tick Tick is more robust than Todoist, and I thought I had found my project manager for the future. I think Todoist's best features are like that too, right?īefore I came to Taskade, I migrated from Todoist to Tick Tick. But you will need the Unlimited Plan for that.
When syncing with Google Calendar, you should note that in Taskade it is possible to perform 2-way sync, ie you can create a task in Google Calendar and it will appear in Taskade. It seems like a great collaboration platform. Taskade is beautiful and intuitive, but it is geared toward teams and more complex projects. I dont really see it as a collaboration plattform (even though it has these options). After having tried multiple apps, Todoist just seems to be the best for my needs. I need to add a task or an idea quickly with a few clicks. You can add new tasks or ideas very quickly, sorting them smoothly into various projects, using filters and labels. Todoist's strength is for single-users who want to have a clean To-Do List app. It really depends on what you want to do:
